Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered within the following timeframe:

  • Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 Business Days (Processing + Shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

No additional shipping fees will be charged during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order experiences an unusual delay or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • Your order number

Claims submitted without supporting photographs may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Poder Mágico Marketplace is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
